Locomotive roof high voltage electrical equipment damaged and stick the pantograph slide with contact net,the reason is locomotive roof high voltage electrical equipment espoused in outdoor with harsh environment due to the insulation performance declined of roof high voltage electrical equipment and caused to glint and short circuit.In view of the current electric locomotive insulation detection device detection cannot be quantified,high voltage transformer fault and so on,this paper designed insulation detection scheme based on high voltage switching power supply and design the insulation detecting device of embedded control system,realize the locomotive roof insulation detection of digital,automatic and intelligent.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Aiming at the characteristics of high voltage and small current for insulation detection,the high voltage switching power supply adopts the two stage DC-DC boost scheme of 110V/3000 V.The front stage consists of a single ended flyback converter boost circuit to output 500 V,after the 6 times the voltage rectifier circuit to further boost,the output of the insulation test required to stabilize the DC high voltage.The simulation model of the closed-loop control circuit of the high voltage switch power supply is established using the saber software.Design of the high voltage switching power supply is analyzed and verified.The circuit Simulation results show that the design of the high voltage switch power supply output voltage is stability,ripple coefficient,the voltage adjustment rate and other performance indicators are in line with design requirements,meet electric locomotive roof insulation detection requirements.In order to realize the on-line detection of locomotive roof insulation,the STM32F103RBT6 microprocessor based control system is introduced into the insulation detection device.Signal acquisition and conversion circuit is designed to realize the automatic acquisition and conversion of detection voltage,keyboard input and LCD touch screen display circuit to achieve human-computer interaction,adding a serial communication circuit and USB circuit used to data transmission and storage at the same time.
