The large cities are paying more and more attention on the problem of traffic jam by using and popularize the public traffic with the rapid development and public voice on green travel, considering the public can not only saving resources but also protecting the environment. However, comparing to private car who can provide the relative rapid and comfortable service, how to improve the service provided by public traffic in order to attract more and more passengers is an issue to be studied.The paper focus on one of the most important indexes of vehicle schedule, the establishment, dynamic assessment and optimization of which determine greatly the service level of the public traffic. What is more, the dynamic assessment can reach the best effect using the real time data communication and optimization regulation.The pager designs and implements the optimization algorithm using GPS history record; travel record and passenger flow with data-driven. Firstly, how to estimate the bus travel condition by analyzing the data from real time dispatching system and the GPS history data is one of the key points to research. Secondly, set several indexes of the dynamic assessment, including the fluidity, scalability and punctuality, and then design and implement the algorithm to calculate the statistics of mass data above. Thirdly, based on the target of optimization of vehicle schedule, the paper put forward some regulation measure including regulating the velocity of the travelling bus, regulating the dwell of the station and regulating the departure time. After the previous work, the paper put the work into practice using a case, which proves the useful and effect of the measure by making the scalability equality and the increase of punctuality.
