The goal of this article is enhance the waterfront specially the landscape and landscape quality of flood-dam, so that the person can intimate with the water and intimate with the nature on condition that the flood-dam is enough security.The article build on the basis of organization as a whole of hydrology water conservation, municipal transportation, architectural composition as well as landscape design, trying to breaks the limitation thought of only constructs on the technology about flood-dam and trying to reorganize key element of flood-dam,virescence,square and roads, etc. So that the urban design can intervene the landscape design of flood-dam as soon as possible.
