As an important method of detection, load test shows its vital significance in the following aspects:assessing the actual bearing capacity of existing bridges, establishing and accumulating technical information of bridges, developing the assessing theories and the new design theories of bridges. At present, the existing load test evaluation procedures is made in the 1980s. The Ministry of Transportion organized experts to revise and compile《highway bridge carrying capacity evaluation procedures》in 1999.But it has not been approved and implemented because of the following new code and the changes of the design idea. Simultaneously, the load test content of the draft continue the previous standard, and some respects are worthy of further study. Therefore, it is important theoretically to carry out loading test research.On the basis of elaborating the necessity and principle of bridge load test, this paper analyzes main influencing factors of assessing load test results, and taking large quantities of bridge load test reports as samples, static load test results are analyzed statistically. Firstly, taking a prestressed concrete simply-supported hollow slab and prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge for example, it focuses on four main influencing factors of assessing load test results, such as bridge deck pavement, loading deviation, elastic modulus and protective guard. The results show that bridge deck pavement affected evaluation of load test results most significantly, elastic modulus influerent secondly, the influence of load loading deviation and protective guard is the least. Finally, using the method of probability and statistics, the paper analyze load test calibration coefficient of deflection and strain, the relationship of loading efficiency and calibration coefficient from different materials types, different structure system and different section features. Normal calibration coefficient range of the structures based on different classification principles were then given respectively.The research results of the thesis can provide for assessing bridge load carrying capacity, and can lay a theoretical foundation for future relevant specifications revised.
