The development of modern aviation technology depends largely on the air testing techniques, testing capabilities, test equipment and testing techniques and tools. Flight test plays a very important role in the whole production process of aircraft, for its results can directly determine whether the aircraft can be produced. Airborne detection system is essential equipment during the flight test, for it can feel the pressure, deformation, temperature and other specific circumstances of its various parts. Distributed On-board Detection System is a new generation of airborne scientific research experiment and data acquisition equipment of technologically advanced and higher performance. It can realize the acquisition and real-time processing of relevant test data for the whole process from the preparing for flying to landing.This paper first outlines the design of programmable logic technology and the overview of the development of aviation inspection system.And then details the overall design of this Distributed On-board Detection System, including MBMC Bus Controller, the Controller Power Plug, Bus-Powered Plug, Relay Unit and the Remote Module.This paper focuses on data and implementation of the Remote Data Transfer Module, discusses the encoding and decoding technology of Manchester code, gives FPGA-based encoding and decoding of Manchester and the implementation method of SDX protocol of data transfer of the Remote Module, completes hardware design and logical design of the Remote Data Transfer Module. The part of hardware design analyses the circuit design of the Remote Module and anti-jamming measures taken; the part of logic design integrates the encoding and decoding of Manchester code with SDX protocol, packaged for the dedicated IP core of the remote module, completes the implementation of each module, and shows the simulation results of some modules.Finally, the whole system testing and analysis, gives some simulation results and statistics, and correctness of the principle of the system was verified.
