China coal resources is very rich, and widely distributed, coal seam gas resourcesin the word third. The world has74countries contains coal resource. Gas is a kind ofgeological genesis of gas geological body. It is in the tens to hundreds of millions ofyears of evolution and coal company and the formation, it was born in coal seam,storage in coal seam and its surrounding rock. Gas is a clean,high thermal efficiency,pollution of low quality energy. As long as there is gas emission in coal mining, canget in by every opening gas in the mine.Xinjiang`s coal resources are very rich, the total amount of first place in theprovinces. Xinjiang2000m above the depth of the coal resources of about40.5%ofthe total forecast. Although the degree of metamorphism of the Xinjiang coal isgenerally low, unit containing low amount of gas, however, due to the total coalresources, coal bed gas resources amount is still very rich. Gas geology rule is thefoundation of the forecast of gas. Coal bed methane (CBM) is a coal effect of product,coal seam gas occurrence today is the state of coal seam experience all previoustectonic movement evolution effect of various complex geological factors and undercontrol. As long as clarify the gas geology rule, to forecast the gas emission, coal andgas out burst risk prediction,the gas resources prediction model can reliably set up.The gas mining can fundamentally mine gas accident prevention and control, improvethe coal mine safety production conditions, the reduce gas emission of the greenhouse effect caused by strong, play a role to protect the environment. Improvesecurity in coal production should be mine gas forecast,gas control,gas use, thefoundation is gas geology rule.This article through the Turpan-Hami basin evolution characteristics ofgeological structure,structure-sedimentary evolution characteristics, tectonic stressfield of evolution,the tectonic evolution of organic belts,the structure of the Turpan-Hami basin evolution characteristics, the study of geological structure analysisof gas occurrence characteristics of control, combined with gas geology material tofind out the main controlling factors of mine gas occurrence, the forecast the gascontent, summary of the Toksun coal gas geology rule, sure prediction method toestablish the gas emission and the main controlling factors of the mathematics model,summary of the Turpan-Hami basin Toksun mine gas occurrence rule, sure gasoutburst threatened area. The permeability of coal seam surrounding rock and thebottom of integrity, etc. Among them, the buried depth of coal seams and coal andcoal thick gas content are positively related.
