Due to coal contain methane and maintain long-term dynamic release,it has a certain danger when it is stored and transported,to ensure the safe storage and transport of coal mine,researching coal remaining methane release law is particular important in the closed space.In this paper,used methane desorption velocity tester and vacuum degassing device to measure instrument to test methane remaining amount of domestic coal and compared with foreign data.The coals were isothermal physical adsorption analysed and measure by Langmuir model and ASAP 2020.Analysis of coal adsorption/desorption impact factors.The study analyzed the law emission of methane from the coal,that consistent with Fick's desorption law,so based on Fick's desorption law set up coal methane concentration calculation model,analyzes the relationship of the methane gas release amount and time under different desorption coefficient conditions.Contrasts methane release results of the theoretical calculation and actual measurement.Under normal conditions forecasts coal methane gas release amount.Based on methane emission the calculation model calculations coal methane gas release amount,and analyzes the effect of temperature on methane release process in the closed space.By calculating we clear know space coefficient basic in 1.74 to 1.90.According to the methane the atmosphere of in a normal explosive range of 5%?16%,determining coal methane gas safety critical concentration is 1%(5%X 20%),that is,the concentration of methane gas should be controlled within 1%when coal is transported by ship.Establish easy release characteristics standard of methane of coal in the closed space.When the methane content ? 1.0 m3/t in the closed space,it is classified as easy to release methane coal.When the methane content<1.0 m3/t in the closed space,it is classified not easily to release methane coal.By An Maoshan No.carrying coal process the measured results of the concentration of methane to verify that the methane concentration calculation model.To effectively control coal methane concentration when coal storaged and transported of provide the technical basis and methods.
