Carbon dimethyl carbonate is a new type green chemistry material, which chemicalcharacter is non-toxi and active. In recent years, the study on DMC and its derivatives hasbecome the hot spot of the world in chemical industry, and made a breakthrough, theirapplication also has got very good development. It's molecular structure contains methyl,methoxy, carbonyl groups, can replace poisonous substances such as phosgene, dimethylsulfate, chloride methane and chlorine methyl formate in hydroformylationin, methylation,methyl ester exchange reaction, and therefore can be widely used in synthetic materials,pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, lubricant additives, food additives, electronic chemicalproduction. In addition, because of high molecular oxygen levels and the good performanceof dissolved, it can be used as a fuel additive and low toxicity solvents.Reaction steps of DMC directly directly synthesis from carbon dioxide and methanol issingle. It can directly turn the potentially harmful greenhouse gas carbon dioxide intoresources, fit the atom economy, and raw material costs low, the main by-products is water,almost zero emissions, minimal damage to the environment, so has good developmentprospect.Carbon dioxide from the methanol and the direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonatereaction steps of a single, can direct the potentially harmful greenhouse gas carbon dioxideinto resources, and raw material costs low, and reactions of atom economy, the mainby-products is high water, almost can realize zero emissions, minimal damage to theenvironment, so it has the characteristics such as more good development prospect.The study used1,1,3,3-Tetrafluorohexylethyl distannoxane as catalyst in the synthesis ofdimethyl carbonate from carbon dioxide and methanol. Effects of reaction conditionsincluding temperature, pressure, reaction time, catalyst loading and dehydrating agent loadingon the result of reactions were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were: Temperature180℃, Pressure7.5MPa, Reaction time8h, the best catalyst loading is40mg. TON reached113.0. Comparing the influence of two dehydrant TMM, DMM on the reaction, found theTMM dehydration effect is better, and in the optimum reaction conditions,2mL is the bestdosage, the transformation of methanol Ton number is1782.0, which improve15.76times.On FC-72-toluene mix of two phase system, we studied the effect on methanol conversionunder different temperature, different pressure. The results of the study show that hetransformation of methanol number have a certain degree of improving, and the former isgreater, in the best reaction system, the transformation number is1.26times of completelymethanol system.
