| Among petroleum drilling and production equipments, the type of reciprocatingmachinery, which includes plunger injection pump, polymer injection pump, drilling rig mudpump, reciprocating compressor and so on, is of great importance. The accurate diagnosis ofits working state is particularly critical. Currently the common diagnostic methods are for asingle fault feature to diagnose and analyze with a high error rate and low reliability of thediagnosis result. The development trend of reciprocating machinery fault diagnosistechnology is to find the common features of reciprocating impact characteristics and mergemulti-source synchronous diagnosis with information. Therefore, on the basis of summarizingand drawing the previous research results, this paper is connected with the practical researchproject and gives a deep and systematic research on reciprocating machinery fault diagnosistechnology based on information fusion theory. The contents mainly include the followingaspects:First of all, the development of reciprocating machinery fault diagnosis technology, thecurrent research situation and basic principle of information fusion technology, and thesignificance of information fusion technology in reciprocating machinery fault diagnosisapplications are analyzed. Simultaneously, the theoretical foundation based on the faultdiagnosis technology of D-S evidence theory is elaborated in detail.Secondly, the typical reciprocating machinery, plunger pump, is taken as an object ofresearch in this paper, and on the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of aplunger pump, the failure mechanism of key components of the plunger pump is researchedin detail. At the same time, the fault vibration characteristics are analyzed, while the vibrationsource type plunger pump and the vibration characteristics fault data are indicated. Throughthe analysis of simulation results of bearing failure, the feasibility is testified based on D-Sevidence theory method in the application of typical mechanical fault diagnosis.Finally, a novel fault diagnosis method is presented based on D-S evidence theory. Theaccurate diagnosis results are got through building a model based on information fusion andplunger pump fault diagnosis, and analyzing and applying the practical engineering signals,then the credibility of the diagnosis result is further proved by the local monitoring of plungerpump and the operation deformation analysis of machine system. |
