The flooding pipeline network is the lifeline for oilfield construction, and the management of it is an important link in oilfield programming and construction. Geographic Information System (GIS for short) is a spatial information system that collects, stores, manages, analyzes, and describes whole or part of relevant data concerning earth surface and geospatial distribution; meantime, it manages geospatial information and data with property of database; therefore, it has wide application values in post and telecommunications, transportation, and etc. With the development of computer technology in recent years, Internet/Intranet-based WEBGIS has become one of new trends in GIS technology development. After summarizing and analyzing the shortages of traditional management system (system is not intuitionistic or strong) for oilfield flooding pipeline network, this thesis mainly focuses on study and application of GIS-based information system for flooding pipeline network,to complete systems analysis in3aspects:data structure, logical structure and multi-system integration technology, and to complete functional model in6aspects:map management, pipeline network facility management, pipeline network analysis, pipeline maintenance, system management and WEB release, through analyzing the requirements of oilfield flooding pipeline network; To adopt multi-system Geographic Information System for flooding pipeline network that integrates SCADA system and ERP system, with SuperMap as development platform, C#as programming tool, and Oracle as database, through comparative analysis, and to conduct summarization for application of WEBGIS in pipeline network system, based on overall structure, user logging, information input and inquiry, system management and aid of WEBGIS release system.By integrating GIS technology and professional knowledge of flooding pipeline network, the design of geographical database of Geographic Information System for flooding pipeline network and the realization of system functions such as input editing, inquiring, and analyzing are illustrated in detail in this thesis. The application of this system will improve the management level and economic benefits of oilfield.
