| Development of society and economy, people pay attention to the energy and environment problem increasingly, so energy conservation and environmental protection become research hot spot. Building and the equipment which need to heat preservation energy consumption in the proportion of 40% in the whole energy consumption, and the average heat preservation material use up very inconvenient, thus developing a thin layer of heat insulting coating is very necessary.This paper synthesized waterborne UV-curing polyurethane which use the acrylic modified epoxy resins, second hydroxyl butyric acid methyl as close water extender chain agent, and a pentaeruthritol three acrylate as sealing the agent, and modified by organic silicon. Effects of the content of the organic silicon/epoxy, the close water extender chain agent, neutralizer and neutralization degree were discussed. The results showed that when the content of the organic silicon/epoxy, the close water extender chain agent, neutralization degree were 4%/2%, 8%, 80%, and neutralizer was N,N-two methyl alcohol amine, the basic performance of the resin is good.This paper fabricated hollow silicon dioxide particles used the calcium carbonates as templates, and coated a layer of titanium dioxide which reflect ultraviolet ray in the hollow silica surface. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, the content of TEOS, calcining temperature were discussed. The result showed that when the reaction temperature was 30℃, reaction time was 4h, the content of TEOS was 2mL, hollow silica particle morphology and strecture were stable, and when the reaction was 60℃, calcining temperature was 600℃, the effect of titanium dioxide coated was good.Added water UV-curing polyurethane resin into heat insulation powder water dispersion, then thermal insulation coating was fabricated. Effects of pH value, the type of dispersant, dispersing time, mixing time, milling time were discussed, and effects of pH value, calcining temperature, the content of powder were discussed. The results showed that when the dispersant was water polymeric dispersant EFKA-4585, pH value is ten, stirring time was 4h, milling time was 2h, the powder water dispersed relatively stable; when preparation powder system pH value was 7, calcining temperature was 600℃, the content of powder was 8%, the coating hot reflectivity can achieve 85%above; when the content of powder was 8%, coating thickness was double deck, the coating heat preservation effect was good , temperature difference can reach 5.5℃; when the content of powder was 8%, coating thickness was 8μm, the coating insulation effect was good , temperature difference can reach 5℃; the comprehensive performance of coating was good and had application prospect. |
