Ecological Environment In The Study Of Local Government Functions

With the rapid growth of world economy, ecological environment suffered unprecedented serious damage and the pressure imposed on it has been pushing everyday to its bearing limit, which magnify the increasingly intensified conflicts between limited resources and boundless economic growth. The "harmonious society" dvocate the governmental function on ecological environment to be transformed to public service from the traditional environmental supervision. Hence, based on the status quo of Gaochun and themed on integration of therotical and practical value of governmental function on ecological service, the paper makes a research on the transformation of administration model in ecological environment protection by finding existing problems and proposing solution and suggestions to strengthen the ecological service function of local government, just hoping to provide some references for local government in the works to balance ecological environment and development.
