| Water-based foam is a new type of passive interfering material, which is characterized by a wide ranging band of interference, and no harm to human health, low pollution, etc. Especially stability of water-based foam plays an important role on military technical research and usage. This paper studies preparing principle about the high stability of water-based bubble, screening the right foaming agent, steady bubble agent and the adhesive, and the suitable application of the preparation of two types of water-based foam, which test the bubble performance. The experiment measured the first the optimal formula of water-based foam for: 200 ml water as a benchmark,1.5% LAS,0.2% CTAB,0.5% 6501,0.2% poly -acrylic acid sodium, whose quantity is 617 ml, half-life for 264 min. Another type of water-based is colloid bubble whose the optimal formula for:200 ml water as a benchmark,1.0% LAS,0.3% alumina, whose quantity is 667 ml, half-life for 181 min.Through changing factors of water-based foam additives and mass concentration, the instruments observed the performance of covered infrared andcentimeter waves. The result of the experimental measurement:1.0% LAS,0.2%CTAB,0.5% 6501,0.2% poly-acrylic acid sodium, the transmittance is no more than 5% in infrared 3~5μm band and not more than 35% in 8 and 14μm band, at the same time, which attenuate average value of 12.4 dB and maximum value of 18.1 dB in 2 cm wavelength. Contained alumina bubble system in 1.0% LAS,0.3% alumina whose the transmittance is no more than 3% in infrared 3~5μm band and not more than 40% in 8 and 14μm band, at the same time, which attenuate average value of 12.7 dB and maximum value of 21.9 dB in 2 cm wavelength. The experiment results show that high stable water-based foam have a good characteristic in disturbing infrared and centimeter-wave. |
