Although China's stainless steel production increased year by year, but the stainless steel castings, especially large ultra-low carbon steel casting all imported. Fu saddle casting industry in the case of existing equipment, including electric arc furnace capacity of 30 tons and 30 tons a LF-VOD refining furnace one. Need to produce 100 tons of castings poured more cans together, so the saddle casting industry in blessing on the basis of existing equipment can create up to four cans of multi-tank co-production of ultra-low carbon stainless steel pouring large castings production process model. In this paper, saddle-casting Co., Ltd. Liaoning Fu-production equipment status, from the oxygen temperature, and the first sub-Tempered Vacuum Oxygen VOD in a single furnace smelting of molten material temperature by adding cold and stop oxygen to reduce the impact of temperature. Reached the following conclusions:(1) The results show that: VOD furnace after the oxygen was mainly due to the heat transfer distribution and the temperature of molten steel impact, the temperature of molten steel after oxygen temperature and composition are not necessarily linked.(2) According to the blessing of existing single-saddle-casting industry, the actual production of stainless steel smelting furnace, in vacuum under the same conditions, after oxygen blowing temperature is proportional to the temperature and opened, and the vacuum is inversely proportional.(3) By adding cold steel material with the theoretical value of the actual temperature drop remained the same, lower the temperature 5℃need 30 tons of steel in cold water with 100Kg material(4) Increase economic benefits for businesses about $ 6.72million a year or so.
