Development of china's beverage industry needs support of packaging machinery,rotaryblow molding machine belongs to hollow blow-injection two-step molding packagingmachinery,which is used for mineral water bottles,beverage bottles,medical bottle and so onabout containers.compared with the linear blow molding machine,rotary blow moldingmachine has continuous ,fully automatic high speed and efficence.In our country ,R&Ddesign of rotary blow molding machine is later,which has big market.The paper contains the structural design of the host for rotary blow molding machine ,thehost contains spindle mechanism,main transimission mechanism ,take bottle and sent embryomechanism.Design of the host is carried out through performance and technical requirementsof the mechanism. Meanwhile the paper has a compared seletion for important purchasedparts to ensure the operating reliability and quality requirements,then the transimissionsystem is carried out for a detailed calculation,to obtain the movement and dynamicparameters of the transimission parts.Which can provide data support for thehost.meanwhile ,use Excel2003,Proe5.0,Matlab7.0 to design cam system of thehost ,analytical method can ensure cam profile curves are smooth,continuous.So operation ofcam drive is stable and reliable,low noise.Use Proe5.0 to build three-dimensional mold,sothat the design process is visual and meanwhile we can check the overall layout and theinterference of mechanism,set the material properties by Proe5.0 ,obtain relevant physicalparameters and geometric parameters,which provid the data for structural design .At last ,usethe finite element analysis software about Ansys12.0 to carry out static analysis and modalanalysis of rotating disk ,check the bearing condition and vibration characteristics with theheavy load and high speed.verify the strength and stiffness and carry out the modalanalysisfor take bottle and sent embryo mechanism.The purpose of the paper is to provide system theoretical data and design ideas.changethe past experience design approach , ensure the rotary blow molding machine is morereliable,secure,accurate and stable.
