With comfort and fit of clothing requirements for garment increasing, garment manufacture mode transformed mass production into customized clothing, individuality-direction. MTM(Made To Measure) rising in enterprises present, meets people's need to a certain extent, but still in development and exploration stage, so there comes a related project and this topic.Taking the application of garment MTM manufacture mode as a start, this paper summarized main processes of MTM system, including data acquisition, clothing size categorization, cutting technology, production, finishing and the final after-sales service, finally puts forward a feasible suggestion for the future development of MTM; and then importantly analyzed and studied key technologies of MTM, including clothing size categorization in the process of MTM manufacture mode, analysis of influencing factors on material loss and labor loss in the cutting process of garment MTM and garment MTM based on ERP supports garment MTM for its informationization.Clothing size categorization of garment MTM production process is mainly applied by Least Square Method in enterprises, combined with the POLO version of Qingdaoxintian Groups and applied in the actual production. This paper discussed labor loss and material loss caused by cutting process based on MTM method in enterprises and the differences between mass production and MTM manufacture mode. This paper systematically managed and integrated the whole process of garment MTM manufacture mode based on those management modules of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), which can make the whole process of MTM more informationizationly, and develop efficiently.
