Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays, energy saving and emission reduction is a research focus. As the biggest consumer of energy and the biggest producer of emission, manufacturing enterprises are undertaking more responsibilities of energy saving and emission reduction. To realize energy saving and emission reduction of manufacturing enterprises, the process of production and manufacturing is an important link to consider, and there are kinds of methods to realize it. However, the research on energy saving and emission reduction through the way of scheduling is rarely studied. Taking free forging processing of forging industry as the research object, this paper studies the scheduling method of it to ensure the high efficiency of production with the consideration of energy saving and emission reduction target conforming to the strategy of sustainable development of our country.Firstly, the scheduling problem for energy saving and emission reduction and the schematic description of this problem have been proposed. With the research of traditional scheduling theory, analyzing its definition and the related description, the scheduling problem for energy saving and emission reduction has been presented. As the basis of the problem, the system of scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been presented.Secondly, the holistic model of forging scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been established. With the establishment of resource and environment process model, and the specific analysis of resource consumption and environmental impacts of free forging, and traditional scheduling theory, the holistic model of forging scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been presented. And the scheduling objective sets and the coefficient matrix about resource and environment and the composition of the scheduling model have been analyzed.Thirdly, the process of forging scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been realized. With the basis of the research of the holistic model, the scheduling objective and technological process have been selected, and the sub models of scheduling have been established. The forging scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been realized by using actual data, in which, the establishing method of the coefficient matrix about energy consumption and emission and the algorithm and solution process of the sub models have been focused on.Ultimately, the system of forging scheduling for energy saving and emission reduction has been designed and been developed with the scheduling method researched before. The overall design of the system has been proposed, and the function modules and the database forms have been designed. The function and the operation process of the developed system have been displayed.
