In this paper we first synthesis the low silicon aluminium radio(LSX) sieve, after that we make the Li-LSX molecular sieve, which can be used in air separation, by blending LSX molecular sieve and LiCl solution to get ion-exchanged, then make the pilot amplification to produce spherical Li-LSX molecular sieve which has outstanding nitrogen oxygen separation ability, finally develop a set of effective LiCl waste recycling equipment.In this thesis, we synthetize the LSX molecular sieve with CDA process which has a fineness of 2.0-4.0μm, good crystallization and good Adsorption ability of cyclohexane and water; under a condition of LiCl 2.0mol/l, pH=9.5-10.0,90℃, exchange 2 hours for 2 times we obtain the Li-LSX which achieve 98.5% Li+ ion-exchange degree, N2 adsorption achieve 28.0 or even higher, N2/O2 separation coefficient more than 6.0; With CFD software to simulate the fluid distribution in reaction kettle obtains the best conditions for the stirring, impeller height of 0.32 m impeller speed for 80 rpm and obtains the Li-LSX with 95.5% Li+ ion-exchange degree, N2/O2 separation coefficient more than 6.0 in the actual operations which achieve foreign samples properties; Finally, carry out a process of LiCl wastewater reclamation, Using two-effect-evaporation crystallization method to recycle LiCl, through changing the property of wastewater and continuous centrifugal separation recycle the solid part by dissolve in ethanol and vacuum distillation, and using liquid part to restart LiCl exchange. this process has advantages of low cost, high lithium recycling rate above 90.0% and simple operations.XRD, SEM, TG/DSC, MALVERN particle size analyzer, flame photometer, Mcbain Weight adsorption techniques were employed to characterize the structures and performance of LSX and Li-LSX...
