Therefore, to maintain the healthy development of grassland has important significance.With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the grassland resources in facing unprecedented opportunities at the same time is also faced with severe grassland ecological environment worsening desertification challenges, step by step. In recent years, grassland desertification problem to cause the attention of the world. Grassland desertification is not only simple ecological environmental problem, it is not a simple problem of economic development, it is comprehensive problem which need natural science and social science and many disciplines cross each other can solve. However, at present the majority of grassland desertification control research limitations in the technical level, most of the research is from the environment, ecology, agriculture, industry, land and other multidiscipline. And from the perspective of public policy obviously deficiencies. Overview the present situation of the grassland desertification control at home and abroad, it can be said that most of the research from natural science perspective, the research from the perspective of social sciences and humanities are less. Management technology research is more, the government strategic perspective is less. Especially for grassland desertification policy measures research is little, public policy from government perspective obviously lags.
