The Practice Of Steel-making Of 100t Converter In Ansteel

The terminal control of steel making in the converter is very important for energy-saving and steel product's quality. Both the terminal temperature and the terminal composition control of steel making in the converter is very important for the smooth production. According to the need of my work in the converter shop, the present status of the auto-control on the terminal in the steel-making with the converter are reviewed in this paper. And furthermore, the practice experience about the terminal temperature and the composition control are sum up based on the calculations for the energy equilibrium and the matters equilibrium and according to the practice and the experience for several years myself, and combined with the production of 100t converter at No.2 steel-making shop of Ansteel, and also the terminal criterion and the control methods of both the temperature and the composition(C, Si, Mn, P, S) and the practice experience are sum up and introduced systematically, and some practice experience with the regularity are obtained.
