The term Analysis has been widely used in material science, and especially in the field of commodity production. Analysis technology, an important part of development system in many industries, has been used to monitor and track the latest research and developments, obtain the first-hand information of the industry, and provide accurate technology information and market information. Through the analysis of industrial detergents, the relevant technology has been digested. It can not only break the industrial cleaning industry's technological monopoly of imported products and technical barriers, but also rapidly increase the technological level of our industrial cleaning industry. In this paper, all-around analysis of several industrial detergents (Dewaxing fluid,Deoiling agent, Optical glass cleaning agent) have been completed, and quantitative analysis of the major components also have been completed. The separation and the analytical process for clarification of the composition of an unknown industrial detergent were reported in this paper. Preliminary qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the dewaxing fluid were completed by using IR, GC-MS, NMR and ESI-MS. Then the separation direction was determined, IR and NMR spectrum data of those purified components was obtained. Finally, components of the sample were determined based on the comprehensive qualitative analysis of these data. Gravimetric method, NMR peak area normalization method and other methods were used for quantitative analysis, and ultimately analysis results of the de-waxing fluid were as follows: Linolic acid and Oleic acid, 12.6%; Lauric diethanolamide, 13.4%;Lauric monoethanolamide, 1.7%; Glycerol, 1.3%; TX-10, 13.5%; 2-Aminoethanol, 9.6%; Diethanolamine, 3.1%; Triethanolamine, 7.6%; Sodium hydroxide, 0.05%; the rest is Water. The analytical process for a deoiling agent has been completed in this study. To determine the composition of this deoiling agent, Infrared spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, ESI-MS, and XRF were used for completing the qualitative analysis, and titration, gravimetric method, NMR peak area normalization method were used for quantitative analysis of the components. The results were as follows: Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 2.8%; TX-10, 5.7%; Sodium hydroxide, 52.1%; Sodium carbonate, 12.5%; Sodium metesilicate, 7.3%; Sodium tripolyphosphate, 15.4%; the rest is Water or Crystal water. In this study, the analytical process for an industrial optical glass cleaning agent has been completed. To determine the composition of this optical glass cleaning agent, IR, NMR and other methods were used for completing the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The test results were as follows: EDTA-2Na, 3.3%; Trisodium citrate, 3.6%; Sodium gluconate, 18.9%; Sodium hydroxide, 2.2%; the rest is Water. The method of analysis of industrial detergents proposed in this paper is of simplicity and practicality, rapidity and accuracy, good reproducibility, and so on. It is also helpful and practical to determine the components and structure of the unknown industrial detergents. Thus, the research results are valuable for development of new industrial detergents.
