Coal moisture control is the modern technology to improve coal quality and decrease consumption.In this process, in order to reduce thermal coking coke consumption and improving the quality of the coke and ensure the continuous stability of coke oven operations,mainly use the waste heat to dry coal, make the coal moisture from 10% to 6%.The study of the subject is based on the experimental device which is a fluidized bed with stirring device,research on the relationship among the gas velocity,the pressure on bed and the bed height in the process of fluiding,accomplish the goal of coal moisture control and particle segregation by tuning up the experimental device.The first section of the subject is figure out the gas velocity,the pressure on bed and the bed height through theoretical formula, a theoretical base for next step testing dates is provided.Import the dates to the software Fluent to simulate the state of fluiding, foundation for next step device running is provided.The important of all is coal moisture control on device,inspecting the relationship between gas velocity and the pressure on bed,the bed height under different temperature without stirring device and under the same temperature with stirring device or not.According to the fluiding curve under the different gas velocity, make sure that the fluiding scope of coking coal particles and the bed height,and the the function of stirring device in the process of fluiding.Inspecting effection to the process of drying for coking coal particles under the different gas velocity and with stirring device or not.According to the drying curve of coking coal particles, make sure that how long is needed when the water content of coking coal particles decline from ten percent to six percent,comparing to the experiment with strring device and without stirring device, drying velocity of experiment with stirring device is faster obviously.By regulation of experiment parameter,ensure that coking coal moisture content decline to about six percent,and complete the particle classification,material into the coal crusher is reduced.By testing dates and studing the fluidized bed deeply,know more about the process of fluiding inside the fliudized bed and the relationship between gas velocity and the pressure on bed,the bed height,the effction of sitrring device.This technology is feasible.
