| In recent years,Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film (CLCP) have attracted considerable attention and interest,mainly because of their unique properties,for example the selective reflection of light,optical rotation,circular dichroism,and electro-optic effect,et al. Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film have potential applications in numerous areas,especially in the fields of optics and thermoconduction materials,et al.This paper would like to identify the impact of color liquid crystal polymer films and their optical stability reasons through the color liquid crystal polymer film optical properties and stability of the research, and to take relevant measures to improve the color liquid crystal polymer film optical stability.In this paper, first of all, the preparation method of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is studied. Screen printing is unique comparing with other printing methods.Eventually, we choose screen printing to make preparations for film. Then, the process conditions are searched on the use of wire mesh film system.Secondly, the Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is studied. The consistency of the Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is measured. A variety of factors was studied tot impact on the optical stability of the Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film. Effect of temperature on the optical properties of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is a more significant. With increasing temperature, Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film reflection wavelength selection gradually moving to lower wavelength. Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film have different selection wavelength of visible light reflection with different solvents. Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is more sensitive to the sun, sun will reduce the optical stability of the Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film.The properties of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film are characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarizing optical microscope (POM), UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer before and after sun. The optical stability of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is improved by combination the physical and chemical methods.Thirdly, we attempt to improve the optical stability of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film. First of all, we add light stabilizer, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorbent to Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film. By studying different proportions of the three accessory ingredient,we get the optimal proportion of the three accessory ingredient. Then,the Ultraviolet cured film used on the surface of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film is studied. Through experiments,we get the optimal proportion of Ultraviolet cured film with good physical and chemical properties.Through infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer (UV/VIS/ NIR) tested, the optical stability of membrane is increased 8 times by adding the accessory ingredient into Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film. The optical stability of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film with Ultraviolet cured film is increased 80 times.Therefore, the optical stability of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film with the accessory ingredient and Ultraviolet cured film can be significantly improved. The excellent optical properties of Color Liquid Crystalline Polymers Film will be widely used in frontier domains. |
