Superabsorbents are hydrophilic crosslinked polymerswhich can imbibe huge amounts of water 1.Applicationsand are commonly based on acrylic monomers.The research on SAP especially on Poly Acryl ate SAP is largely focused on recently and its applications enlarges.With acrylic monomer, aluminum hydroxide as crosslinking agent, initiator, potassium sulfate preparation tall bibulous colophony, looking for optimizing acrylic preparation tall bibulous colophony the optimum technological conditions; Using acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as monomer, N,N'-2:methylene double acrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinking agent, KPS) for potassium sulfate (initiator superabsorbent binary resin was synthesized - polyacrylic acid - acrylamide (PAAAM), synthetic P (AA - AM) relative better reaction conditions, the more concrete depends on the test design, meticulous can be determined.With acrylic acid, Al(OH)3 and thick NH3H2O as raw material preparation high bibulous colophony, best synthesis conditions are:55℃temperature 60℃, acrylic and thick NH3H2O quality than for 10.0:2.4, initiator for total quality 0.2%, crosslinking agent for total quality of reactants 0.03%~0.05%.Adopt solution polymerization methods, to acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as monomer, N, N'-- and methyl double acrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinking agent,potassium sulphate initiator (KPS) synthesized poly superabsorbent binary resin-acrylic acid-acrylamide (PAAAM),and absorb fluid performance study.Investigated N (AM):N (AA) molar ratios monomer ratio, acrylic acid neutralization degree, crosslinking agent, dosage of initiator, reaction temperature conditions on resin sucks fluid properties.The results show that the resin bibulous rate reaches 1411g/g, suck saline rate reaches 123g/g. best synthesis process for:the bibulous colophony best synthesis process for 55℃for:temperature, n (acrylic (salt)):n (acrylamide)=4:1, neutralization degree as 70%, crosslinking agent as monomer total quality of 0.2% to 0.3%, initiator monomer 0.8% of total quality.
