The design of tightness in the understanding of domestic beer bottles on the basis of detection technology, use acoustic methods for rapid detection of beer bottle seal. The main topic is beer bottle vibration and sound characteristics, the relevant sound detection theory, and designed hardware and system software to achieve the desired effect.Cap forced vibration generated by the hit, there is a certain relationship between the vibration amplitude & vibration frequency and the sealing cap. When sealing, the bottle pressure is high, the vibration frequency of high amplitude on the small, poor sealing relatively low frequency, the amplitude is relatively large. FFT algorithm is used for voice-related parameters, and the preparation of the relevant code. The hardware circuit includes a magnetic circuit, the sound circuit and the removing circuit. Steady-state electromagnetic hit single integrated circuit trigger circuit and MOSFET. Using the sound sensor and TLV320AIC23 AD electret converter to achieve the sound data acquisition, high-speed DSP chip TMS320VC5402 to achieve the sound spectrum analysis, and through RTL8019as Ethernet chip connect to PC. Removed and the STC encoder circuit with microcontroller, failure is detected after the bottle in place to eliminate. System software include network data collection, determine the results of the sound waveform display and parameter setting. Software development with VB6.0 using UDP winsock network communication to achieve the development of the Scope control to display the sound waveform, well-designed man-machine interface to facilitate on-site use.Finally, also explores the X-ray CCD line scan imaging principle and method, select the appropriate line scan camera is composed of liquid level detection system.
