Grouting is widely applied to reinforce working face and roadways, plugging water of roof in mine, preventing leakage and reinforcing surrounding rock of dam foundation, rising and correcting building and so on.. Grouting material is the crucial factor to decide grouting engineering.This paper make use of cement, clay, accelerator, NH4H2PO4, water, etc.as raw materials, studying new compound grouting materials. It's very significant for grouting engineering in rock mass of fissures.Firstly,each raw material's fundamental characteristic was analyzed,then single factor tests and Orthogonal experimental tests were done, The property of grout test has manifested that grout has excellent stability,controllability condition,grout ability and the stone body formed after the grout has infused into the terrane has showed good effect and permanence, and the property of grout relates to the content of the components of it.Formult grouts applying in the specified projection the grout should be according to the practical case at spot as well as the practical experiment, so as to ensure the best formulation. Through the applied test at the waterbursting in the mining area, it has obvious effect on the waterbursting area. The water yield form 15m3 reduced to the 0.5m3. Contrast to other similar grouting materials, formult grouts can be injected easily, grout has excellent stability, controllability condition, its intensity and bleeding rate are also fit in with engineering application.
