The Development And Research Of Monitoring System Of Oilfield Polymer Preparation Station

Oil as a very important non-renewable resources, its exploration and exploitation of technology has been suffering from the attention of people. With the economic and technological development, petroleum remains the world for huge demand. Some of our oil fields after decades of mining has basically been depleted, and it is very difficult to find new large oil fields. In this case, the research for enhanced oil recovery becomes extremely relevant. Polymer flooding technology as a chemical effective enhanced oil recovery techniques, has been carried out in a practical application, and achieved good results on the Daqing oil field. After ten years of research and feasibility studies, Liaohe Oilfield finally starts flooding technology in polymer chemistry. They hope that the polymer can also play the role of chemical flooding technology and advantages on the Liaohe Oilfield. Therefore, polymer flooding technology research chemical has a strong practical significance.In this paper, through the study of Liaohe Oilfield polymer preparation station, the paper developes an automatic system. The System is used to improve the automation and safety level of the production system of the polymer preparation station. It guarantees the process of the polymer preparation station production. This System adopts S7-300 PLC as the central control unit, which can achieve datas acquisition and processing, make PID regulation and interlock alarm functions. WinCC is used to develop the Monitoring Software which can remote monitoring, display datas and alarm functions trend.The monitoring system of the polymer preparation station has started production operation since May 2011, after 2-month commissioning. The operation of the monitoring system is stable and sound, and the technical indicators of the monitoring system have reached the design requirements. The monitoring system of the polymer preparation station improves security of the polymer preparation station, increases the level of automation of the station, achieves the centralized management of the station, conserves resources of the station, achieves the production and management needs of the station.
