| As the rapid development of petroleum, chemical industry, oil refining, gas and other industries, the environmental problems are particularly outstanding, especially the pollution emission of the organic waste gases. The pollution gases of asphalt smoke, which is particularly prominent in industry, have got more and more attention by researchers home and abroad. The main harmful components of asphalt gases are acridine, phenols, pyridine, anthracene, naphthalene and benzo (a) pyrene, etc.The asphalt smoke is esay to cause respiratory tract infection, dermal toxicity, eye conjunctivitis, palpitation, headache and other symptoms in the industries as petroleum and chemical industry etc.. In view of this, people at home and abroad have researched many methods to solve this problem as incineration, adsorption, absorption purification methodand electric fishing method etc..However, these methods still exposed many drawbacks such as great Investment, equipment complex, secondary pollution, high energy consumption, and complexed equipment maintenance after a period of industrial production. Therefore, his paper proposes a new method in view of the treatment of asphalt smoke in industry:using microwave incineration to treat asphalt smoke. This paper compared and studied the treatment methods of asphalt smoke at home and abroad firstly, identifying the problems encountered in production, then designed experiments of burning asphalt smokes under the mechanism of microwave heating and the physicochemical properties of asphalt smoke, taking exploratory experiments to the collection of asphalt smokes to identify the most suitable absorption liquid so as to achieve accurate detection. The paper also taked reproducibility and absorption efficiency experiments for the reliability of the experiment according to the experimental need. The paper also analyzed the microwave absorbing medium of microwave incineration,, the concentration of asphalt smoke, the effects of microwave to asphalt smoke, processing temperature, the flow rate of smoke and other issues. The results show that use silicon carbide bar as the absorbing medium can get stable temperature rise situation; the burning effect is obvious of microwave tube furnace incinerate asphalt smoke when burning time is greater than 1 second; the effects of heating temperature and gas flow are more significant, however, the effect of the preheat temperature of asphalt blast before filling into the tube furnace is not very obvious. The emission concentration of asphalt smoke after incineration is always below 2.4mg/m3, and the concentration of benzopyrene is 346ng/m3 when the heating-up temperature of the microwave tube furnace is above 850℃.Finally, analysised the exhaust of microwave incineration heating asphalt smoke using gas chromatograghy-mass spectrometry. The results show that the composition of the asphalt smoke is very complex before microwave incineration. More than 100 kinds of compounds are detected between 0 and 20 of the Apex RT, including many of the allotrope organic compounds. According to the mass spectra of the exhaust gas after microwave incineration under 400-850℃, the organic matter of asphalt smoke is mainly include polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, amides, quinones, esters, phenols, carboxylic acids and other carbon-chain hydrocarbons etc. The composition changed after the burning purification of microwave tube furnace under 400℃,500℃,600℃,700℃and 850℃.The most notable is the majority organic substances are worked off when the internal environment temperature of the microwave tube furnace is above 600℃, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons which are the main harmful substances exist in asphalt smoke below 600℃can be basically handled when the burning temperature reached above 600℃. |
