In order to know how radionuclide migration and transformation from the soil to the organism, phytoremediation of radionuclide contamination for a large area of low doses radionuclides in the environment, and reduce the radionuclides in the environment on the ecology of these hazards to enhance Agricultural securityon. The experiment seleced sunflow and corn as the main plant. The experimental approach is greenhouse cultivation. The experiment based on five different gradient (0Bq / L, 10 Bq / L, 20 Bq / L, 40 Bq / L and 80 Bq / L)to the plant. The time of radionuclide added to the plant was between 3 weeks after saw the seed and two weeks before mature, the total added time was 8 weeks. The total dosage of radionuclide in sunflower and corn was 240mL / plant and 220mL / respectively. The experimental instrument was 721 spectrophotometer. Experimental method: after the plant ash was dissolved in water, the solution was measured by spectrophotometer . The radionuclide in plant was calculated by standard curve convert the absorbance into the amount of uranium standard solution, and then calculated the radionuclide in the ash by equation. Results: Different organizations of sunflower and corn have a certain enrichment dosage of (238)~U, which confirmed to the previous reported about sunflower adsorbed on radionuclides. Different parts of sunflower with the amount of (238)~U enrichment medium plus the correlation coefficient is greater than the amount of corn that is more suitable for sunflower phytoremediation of radioactive contamination of reference plants. The adsorption dosage of (238)~U in Sunflower organizations consistent with the increased dosage of the soil, and different organizations have different enrichment dosage of (238)~U .The root of sunflower have the largest adsorption dosage and the seed shell have the smallest adsorption dosage. The adsorption dosage of (238)~U in corn organizations along with the increase of radionuclide in the soil is not very obvious, but the adsorption dosage of (238)~U in Sunflower organizations flows the discipline: root> COB> seed> leaf> stem.
