Die-casting machine is an important equipment for producing die casting alloy of various shapes.The quality of die castings is closely related to the quality of the injection molding machine.As the core of die-casting machine,the injection system has been one of the research hotspots in the die casting industry.Therefore,this paper focuses on the key technology in the real-time control hydraulic system.The theoretical analysis of the injection system of the existing die casting machine was carried out,and a new injection system scheme was proposed.Taking a typical die casting machine as an example,the new scheme was tested and verified.The specific work of this paper is as follows.This article starts with the injection system widely used in die casting machines and finds some common problems,such as low pressure at the end of shoot,insufficient adjustment of injection speed,and high energy consumption.Therefore,we design a new type of injection system and use a hydraulic cylinder with a cylinder structure.The new scheme adopts the injection speed in the outlet line,it can improve the original injection system.A typical die-casting machine is used as a test and verification platform.The structural parameters in the new scheme are set according to the typical die-casting machine.Through the theoretical calculation,the new scheme can effectively expand the supercharging ratio,improve the real-time speed regulation and reduce the energy consumption.A mathematical model of the main components in the new scheme is established and the system is simulated.The stability of the system is determined by simulation and the optimization suggestions are put forward.Finally,the new scheme of injection system is manufactured and tested on the frame of this typical die-casting machine.In the experiment,the injection system is well controlled.And the measurement data of the change of pressure in the experiment shows that the new injection system can actually provide 6.9 times of supercharging ratio,which is greater than the ratio of the original system,and the fastest time measured to build up pressure is only 28ms.The new injection system proposed in this paper has greatly improved the deficiency of the original injection system,and it is of great significance to improve the injection performance of the die casting machine.
