In the actual reservoir conditions, the chromatographic separation phenomenon is serious due to its own characteristics of polymer and surfactant stranded by the influence of adsorption, which destroyed the synergistic effect and affected the oil displacement effect of actual system. In order to better research the complex matching effect and synergistic effect in the dual compound flooding, this paper mainly studies the static adsorption retention characteristics of single component and the chromatographic separation degree in dual compound flooding. The chromatographic separation phenomenon in chemical flooding attracted the researchers'attention in the early days. The research shows that:polymer/surfactant flooding has the chromatographic separation phenomenon, which mainly focuses on physical simulation in the lab. The chromatographic separation degree of dual-compound system directly affects stability of the oil displacement agent and the advantages of the performance. This paper investigates the degree of chromatographic separation, in order to evaluate the performance of the oil displacement agent. This paper's mainly researching contents:1,The methods of analysing polymer/surfactant concentration have been established, with good accuracy.2,With different hydrophobic group and block length, the associating effect is also changed, which affecting the applied force in the three force size of the polymers-solvent-quartz sand. With hydrophobic increasing, the biggest adsorption declines. With the increasing of block length, the maximum adsorption changes little. The associating process is an endothermal process, the associating effect of hydrophobic group strengthen by the temperature going up in some extent, polymer molecular forces increasing, the force between polymer and solid force weakening with temperature up, which causes the adsorption quantity declined.3,Studying the two different kinds of dual compound system, the results show that the "complex" of hydrophobic associating polymer and surfactant enhanced the cooperation in injection, which weakened the chromatographic separation in the system. The system of ordinary PAM and surfactant depending on Van der Waals'force displays chromatographic separation phenomenon obviously, which is easy to be affected by the rock interface's adsorption. At the same injection process, the chromatographic separation degree reduces while the permeability is lifted; the chromatographic separation degree reduces while polymer concentration is increased; the chromatographic separation degree reduces with the viscosity increases. At the same injection process, the higher concentration of polymer, the stronger of the fluidity controlled, the bigger of the resistance factor, the bigger of the residual resistance factor; as the permeability decreases, the injection pressure increases, pressure gradient and resistance coefficient increases, the ability of control flow degree is improved. In summary, the hydrophobic associating polymer's adsorption is less than the ordinary polyacrylamide's in dual compound system; the "complex" of hydrophobic associating polymer and surfactant makes the force stronger, which causes the separation effect of the chromatographic relatively weak. So it can better explain the chromatographic separation degree in the dual compound flooding with the adsorption and the separation principle, offering the theory for chemical flooding agents designing and screening with deep studying the reciprocity of the binary system.
