| Polymers and surfactants are widely used as functional additives.They are always the focus of physical chemistry.Polymers are mainly used to maintain high bulk viscosity,while surfactants are mainly used to reduce interfacial tension.Previous studies have shown that the blend of polymer and surfactant exhibits better bulk or interfacial properties than that of a single component.The performance of the composite system can be further optimized by using the synergistic effect of the two.It has important application prospects in the fields of tertiary oil recovery and daily chemical industry.In this paper,the synergistic effects between anionic surfactants(JINTA-1(JT-1))and polymers are studied by rheological properties,dynamic interfacial tension,liquid chromatography,QCM-D(quartz crystal microbalance)and other experimental methods under conditions of wastewater produced by binary composite flooding.The interfacial tension and rheological properties of the anionic surfactant JT-1solution are studied.The anionic surfactant JT-1 and the anionic polymer or neutral polymer have a good synergistic action,and it could increase viscosity and decrease interfacial tension.When polymer increase concentration and molecular weight,the equilibrium time of interfacial tension could be prolonged,and the system viscosity could be improved.When high salinity or high temperature,the time of equilibrium interfacial tension could be shorted and system viscosity could be reduced.The adsorption of polymer solution,surfactant and a mixture of both in outcrops core sand are studied by liquid chromatograph.When the anionic surfactant JT-1 is added,the adsorption capacity of polymer become less,which indicates that the adsorption of polymer and surfactant is competitive relation in outcrops core sand.The long-term stability of polymer and surfactant adsorption are studied by means of interfacial tension and rheology.When in outcrops core sand,polymer and surfactant mixtures are good long-term stability action.The adsorption of a single polymer solution,a single surfactant and a mixture of the both solutions on the Si O2chip are studied by QCM-D(quartz crystal microbalance).The adsorption curve become more complex when the polymer and surfactant are mixed.There are L-type and S-type.The values of△F and△D increased and the thickness of the adsorption film increased;Compared with other kinds of polymers,the initial swelling degree is the largest when the 1500 mg/L poly-surfactant and 0.3%JT-1surfactant are mixed,which reduce the oil film thickness to 15.2 nm,and the decontamination effect is the best. |
