With the rapid growth of economy in our country, the demand of agriculture progress and grain quality is improving. The tradition method on qrain quality detection can't meet people's demand of speed, accuracy and traceability. Combine with appearience of food safety problems, people started to pay more attention on grain safety and quality. Therefore, to meet the need of integration qrain quality detection, this thesis proposed a design of qrain quality detection system based on PIC microcontroller and implement the fast detection of grain impurities and moisture.The main research contents of this paper include:1.With the key microcontroller PIC18F6527, the thesis designed weighting module, pneumatic valve module, wireless transceiver module and LCD display module. Synthetical realization quick decetion of grain impurities and moisture.2.The weighting module designed by BK-3A load cell, AD8221 precision instrument amplifier and AD7799 A/D conversion,implement the high accuracy data sampling and calculating with software algorithm design.3.Designed the pneumatic valve hardware module and software control, achived the equilibrium point between the impurities separation and measuring time consuption by repeated parameter debugging.4.Designed the wireless transceiver module with CC1101 which has a wake-up-radio function. Implment the wireless transceiver and designed networking protocol between the main and subordinate node.5. Designed the low cost human-machine interface with 12864 LCD module, convenient in actual use with user's actions. With the Design of RS232 serial data acquisition and control module, communication and debugging between PC and Grain Quality Rapid Measurement System is achieved.6.As the system core module, the repeated errors of weighting mudule is less than 0.005% and system non-linearity error is less than 0.007%, The result achieved a high accuracy and stability requirements.7. Combined with LP-ZRS-2 qrain quality detection integeated system, the following experimental results achived:Moisture detection accuracy less than≤±0.5%; impurity detection accuracy less than 0.1%;bulk density detection accuracy less than±3g/L.
