| With the rapid development of coal industry in China, the requirements of mining machinery are increasing. Because compound pendulum jawbreaker is one of the most the most common mining machinery, promoting its performance will help increasing the whole process of digging's efficiency.This paper creates a 3D model of compound pendulum jawbreaker based on UG NX 5.0 and uses this model carrying out the kinematics analysis. This analysis determines some important parameters such as horizontal and vertical stroke, displacement trajectory, speed, acceleration, eigenvalue and so on for key points including mouth, discharge opening and center of gravity. According to the analysis result this paper puts forward a new kind of crusher jaw plate, "crusher jaw plate with changing teeth", on the basis of existing crusher jaw plate. This new kind of crusher jaw plate can improve the over-crushing when the compound pendulum jawbreaker works. And through the dynamic analysis, the forces of important parts of pendulum jaw crusher are determined.In this paper, the 3D model of compound pendulum jawbreaker based on UG NX 5.0 is imported to ADAMS and made simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the data of simulation analysis is consistent with theoretical analysis. Therefore, the designed crusher is reasonable and the simulation results also prove the validity of theoretical analysis.Finally this paper optimizes the inertia force of compound pendulum jawbreaker by using optimum dynamic balance method. And the optimum balance result is got as md= 184kg;γ= 187.5°. This result makes the max inertia force cut down about 50%. |
