With the development of modern technology science and industrialization level, people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually strengthened. As a result, the world demand of functional textiles is rising year by year.photocatalyst materials have been researched by domestic and foreign scholars, however, the textiles, especially in field of functional textiles were lack of study. Therefore, research on these areas has certain academic and application value.In this paper, the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn were studied as the main object. The length, fine degrees, breaking strength and moisture of the two kinds of fibers were tested, then spinning a certain amount of blended yarn by the cotton and comb through article, roving, spinning and spinning process according to the yarn specifications, then took knowledge of the spinning conditions and related parameters settings across the process of spinning. Then the breaking strength, elongation at break, initial modulus and other basic mechanics performance of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn were tested and analyzed. The blended yarn were made into knitted fabric and woven, the wearing properties, the deodorizing properties and antibacterial activity of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber and cotton fiber blended fabrics were studied. The results showed that:(1) The breaking strength of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn came down as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber; the elongation at break of the blended yarn came rise as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber; the initial modulus of the blended yarn were decreasing as the increasing of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber. (2) The wearing properties of the blended fabric were good. As the increasing of the blended ratios of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber, the breath ability, draping property and rigid flexible become better and better. But the wear resistance of fabric is not very well.(3) The deodorant properties of the blended knitted fabric was becoming higher as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, the emission measure of deodorizing would be better and better as the increasing of the blended ratios of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber when the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was below at 30%, then the emission measure of deodorizing increasing slowly as the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, the emission measure of deodorizing came to 75.3% when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was 100%; The deodorant properties of the blended woven was becoming higher as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, the emission measure of deodorizing increasing slowly when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was in the middle of 50% and 70%, the emission measure of deodorizing came to 52.7% when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was 100%.(3) The antibiotic property of the blended woven was becoming higher as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, it increased quickly when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was below at 50%, then the antibiotic property increasing slowly as the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, the antibiotic property came to 96.7% when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was 100%; The antibiotic property of the blended knitted fabric was becoming higher as the content of the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber increasing, the antibiotic property increasing slowly as the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was below at 20%, the antibiotic property increasing quickly when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was in the middle of 20% and 50%, then the antibiotic property increasing slowly as the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was increasing, the antibiotic property came to 96.8% when the photocatalyst fiber with honeycomb-like porous structure fiber was 100%.The exploitation and application will be extended by means of the study of this paper.
