With the current world level of science and technology progress and the improvement of human life, especially in developing countries, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, environmental pollution is getting worse. Environmental pollution problems become more and more common issue in all countries. Photocatalytic degradation of materials as green materials, materials science and catalysis has become a hot research field. Nano TiO2 photocatalytic material is a typical representative of the material, because of its high oxidation activity, chemical stability, non-toxic, low cost, no pollution, and wide application, has become the most promising green development catalyst. This topic through anodic oxidation of titanium metal substrate in the preparation of TiO2 nanotube arrays, this preparation method is simple, prepared by the TiO2 nanotube surface area, and the catalytic efficiency of TiO2 nanotubes are also very high. Scanning electron microscopy, UV-visible spectrophotometer and other instruments to analyze samples to study the oxidation voltage and oxidation time, electrolyte concentration of the preparation parameters on the nanotube structure of the surface morphology is discussed TiO2 nanotubes growth mechanism and the factors affecting their growth; On the N doped TiO2 nanotubes to improve the TiO2 photocatalytic properties of nanotubes and use instruments on the preparation of N-doped TiO2 nanotubes were characterized; photocatalytic experiment, TiO2 nanotubes on the low concentration of methyl orange solution was photocatalytic degradation, the concentration of methyl orange by changes of the structure and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 relationship; for comparison have not been doped TiO2 nanotubes and N doped TiO2 photocatalytic properties of nanotubes.
