Wuyishan Tea Culture Studies

Tea as a special class of goods, bearing the characteristics of material and spiritual symbol. People enjoy the spirit of tea culture, and its relationship with the hard work of farmers and cultural orientation of state power.Wuyi Mountain is the world's natural and cultural double inheritance land. As the world's birthplace of oolong tea and black tea, Wuyi Mountain has its geographical and cultural specificity. In this paper, I comb the tea culture in Wuyi Mount systematically, using methods of social anthropology and cultural practices of the local tea, trying to reveal the spatial structure of the local relationship between the structure and culture. Specifically, the paper focuses on culture as a typical representative of the local tea ceremony tea ceremony. The ceremony was developed from the Yuan Dynasty, and its development is closely related with the ups and downs of local tea culture .However, as a kind of folk custom,the ceremony has considerable vitality.In the context of globalization, many scholars have criticized the revival of traditional culture. In this paper, the inevitability of cultural change and cultural development of the sustainability of the tea ceremony, trying to offer perspective on the development and rehabilitation to reveal the cause of revival of traditional culture and heritage development approach.
