| In the process of crude oil production, distillation and electric dehydration are two major methods used in crude moisture measurement. Distillation includes procedures as heating, oily water separation, sub sampling and dilution, which bring long testing time and low efficiency; moreover, certain errors may be induced by these procedures. On the other hand, in electric dehydration, oil sample can easily adhere to the container while the indistinct water-oil interface may lead to reading errors as well.Crude oil and water absorption ability is different for two kinds of different low-energy rays.
