Most mining hydraulic support used manual control mode currently. The traditional control method has low efficient, action is not in place, running not reliable and other shortcomings, so the traditional way that hydraulic support was controlled by manual is no longer applicable. Hydraulic support control system can improve the mining efficiency, accurate and reliable. It makes the realization of fully mechanized coal face of no one, few people great significance in our country.Hydraulic support is one of the three major coal mining equipment in fully mechanized coal face. Therefore, the control system of hydraulic support has a direct impact on the efficiency of coal mining. This paper takes further research on hydraulic support control system from two aspects on reliability and stability. Comparing the analyzing hydraulic support the principle and operating characteristics on several of the leading international control system, and hardware selection and software design on Control system of hydraulic support is to be done in this paper. Hydraulic control system take the higher reliability PLC as control core is presented, and they communicate each other through the CAN bus. The system can realize a single action, sequence of interaction, group action and other functions, and complete the fast, high accuracy and communication reliability. As the system adopts the PLC as controller, so reliability and anti-interference of the overall system are better than that of controller taken MCU as core.After laboratory experiments, the system can complete set and lower, pushing scraper, advance support, in and out side plate, spray and other basic functions. The experiment result shows that this system can achieve a high yield, efficient, safe automation at fully mechanized coal face.
