| This paper introduces preparation of water-borne epoxy ester rust-resistance primers using E - 44 epoxy resin single modified with methacrylic acid,then E - 44 epoxy resin and bisphenol Type A epoxy resin is mixed and improved to synthesis surface paint emulsion. With synergic curing using king cure360W60,it transform chemical adhesive bonding into chemical reaction agglutinate。Preparation of film has excellent properties,then adding the pigments and fillers makes water borne epoxy resin.it has such performances as anti-corrosion, weather resistance and superior comprehensive property。This paper carries on the SEM test, aging performance under irradiating test ,impact strength test ,tensile strength test ,water absorption, degree of cross linking and thermogravimetric analysis to the coating films.
