In order to improve the wear and corrosion performance of hydraulic prop surface, this experiment take the hydraulic prop special material 27SiMn steel as base matrix for the research of binary and ternary electroless plating. Firstly,by the way of orthogonal test,the best formula and process of electroless plating Ni-P,Ni-Ce-P,Ni-W-P alloy coating on the 27SiMn steel could be obtained. Then,comparative analysis the organizational structure,wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Finally, conditions are also simulated coal mine and comparison of corrosion resistance.The experiment results show that,all those three kinds of coating obtained from this experiment are smooth and dense, uniform structure of the amorphous coating. Compare with Ni-P binary electroless plating,Ni-Ce-P ternary electroless plating is more uniform on structure,the wear resistance can be increase by 1.16 times,the corrosion resistance in ordinary corrosive media can be increase to 16.36 times,in the environment simulated coal mine,corrosion resistance can be increase to 1.5 times; All aspects performance of Ni-W-P ternary electroless plating and Ni-P binary electroless plating has greatly improved, the wear resistance can be increase by 3.70 times, he corrosion resistance in ordinary corrosive media can be increase to 9.82 times,in the environment simulated coal mine,corrosion resistance can be increase to 1.2 times...
