With the massive construction of roads and railway and accelerated development of real estate, the required number of stone has also increased rapidly. It leads to the rapid expansion of the scale and the amount of the quarry near main city, causing the destruction of ecological environment, and landscape resources. Therefore, the recovery of those deserted landscapes on the mining environment becomes particularly important.Abandoned quarry of Shige Yuhang is located in the north hill of Phoenix Mountain, Hangzhou. The area on the bottom after exploitation is 12699 m^2, and the area on the side is 35509 m^2. Based on the current situation of the mine and the environment around it, this essay covers the recovery plan of the mine program, including side hill, earth-retaining wall, drainage ditch, forestation, construction order, project quality monitoring, environment protection and safety, budget, etc.This essay has a preliminary evaluation of the mine project if it produces again. The data we have in the end of April,2010 shows that after the mine eco-system resumes, the ground temperature decreases 3.5C, and ground humanity increases 28.3%. The numbers of trees, shrubs, herbs, vine species were 12,8,32,9. The fertility of the soil on the side hill is close to the forest soil around, which provides a suitable environment for the artificial vegetation.
