When an open-pit mine gets into the situation of ‘abandoned-to-be',it will face many problems such as remaining reserve mining,security danger solving,environmental resource protection and so on.How to solve these problems determines the future of open-pit mines abandon-to-be.The multi-objective management for open-pit mine is a complex system-engineering program.Multi-objective management is the optimization theory and methods for many transform programs for open-pit mines,and a theoretical method system for mines which serve national coal energy structure adjustment.The problem of multi-objective management for open-pit mine is a hot point of the area of optimization and transition of Chinese mineral resource based cities.It is related to hundreds of open-pit mines in China,which have been in or be about to be in the period of sealing ore and transform.The multi-objects of management of open-pit mine abandoned to be,that the promptness of remaining reserve mining,the urgency of security danger solving and monitor warning,the efficiency of environmental resource protection and utilization,have related to the future of open-pit mines abandon-to-be,and also the first problem that a resource based city is facing.The facts that the remaining reserve has not been exploited thoroughly,open-pit mine accident happens frequently,and the environment situation is not good,urgently require the management and decision department of government and relevant firms to speed up to construct the management system of mineral multi-object.While this cannot depart from the analysis and extract of multi-objects of an open-pit mine abandoned-to-be,the acquirement and proceeding of product and natural situation information of open-pit mine area,the construction and optimization of multi-objective management model,and making and evaluation of related multi-objective decision schemes.Based on the analysis of the national and international current research situation of multi-objective management of open-pit mine,starting from the background and feature of management of open-pit mines,the optimization and decision route of multi-objective management for open-pit mines is formed.The space and time domain satellite coal-rock remote sensing images of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be as the information source,by utilizing the creative technology and method of denoising and change detection of coal-rock images of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be,the coal-rock distribution information that supports the three main objects is extracted.By the theory and methods of multi-objective management,the three main objects that remaining reserve mining,security danger solving and environment resource protection are extracted from the multi-objects of management of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be,the multi-objective management theory system which go around the three main objects is formed,so as to systematically solve the problems of multi-objective management of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be and get the conclusion of right decision and implements.Combined with the condition of remaining mine reserve and distribution,mineral security situation and environment resource feature,fully considering economy,timeliness,reliability and feasibility,the space,time and complex domain coal-rock based multi-objective management model for open-pit mines model is constructed,which sets the remaining reserve mining,security and environment protection as the three main objects.Fully considering the rate of remaining reserve mining to earning,the law and rule restriction of security measure implement,the use ratio of environment resource,and the cost limit of investment,these coupling of multi-element constraint condition and objects,do the search solving to the model and the comparative judgement research of the decision schemes,so as to offer the theoretical gist and method strategy to the government management departments for the management and transform of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be.The research results show that the method of space domain coal-rock image based multi-objective management of open-pit mine abandon-to-be can effectively extract information from space domain coal-rock images,can get the approximate optimal disaggregation under the condition of referenced time open-pit mine abandon-to-be and investigation set,can make investigation scheme by the disaggregation,can do the simulation of weight compare judgement of multi-decision schemes,and optimally offer decision information to the problem of current time multi-objective management of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be.The method of time domain coal-rock image based multi-objective management of open-pit mine abandon-to-be can accurately predict the coal-rock distribution information based on a certain period,can get the approximate optimal disaggregation under the predicted condition of referenced time open-pit mine abandon-to-be and predicted investigation set,can make expectant investigation scheme by the disaggregation,and optimally offer predicted decision information to the problem of expectant time multi-objective management of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be.The method of space and time combining domain coal-rock image based multi-objective management of open-pit mine management can both use the advantage of the two methods above,make true of the decision scheme solving of the multi-objective management of open-pit mines on the complex level of the space and time domain,and the decision scheme comparing judgement optimization which considers both current and predict.This thesis perfectly constructs feature objects for the problem of multi-objective management of open-pit mine abandoned-to-be,creatively put forward the methods of space and time domain coal-rock image proceeding and information extraction,systematically designs and constructs the multi-objective management model of open-pit mines abandoned-to-be,targeted and straightly does the compare judgement of the multi-objective decision.The research results supplies theoretical gist to the multi-objective management of open-pit mine abandoned-to-be,and has important theoretical value.It gives implemental methods for the plan of resource based city transform in national energy strategy adjustment,and has extensive value in use.
