In recent years, with the needs of the community to personalized, diversified development, machinery manufacturing industry is experiencing a high volume of production to a multi-species, variable-volume production development. Precision, flexibility, networking, virtualization, intelligent, clean, integration, globalization is the development of advanced manufacturing technologies become mainstream. Compared to traditional processing technology, CNC machine tool technology with a high precision, high efficiency, can a machine and general machine tools can be difficult to complete or can not complete processing of complex parts processing characteristics of the curve to solve the problem for most parts machining .However, in actual production, because production conditions, parameters such as impact indicators, are often not the desired effect.
