Three-dimensional ordered macroporous materials(3DOM) has characteristics of both the solid material itself and ordered macroporous structure.It has wide application in photonic crystals, bio-medical and bio-carrier, catalyst materials and adsorption materials areas.The preparation methods of 3DOM materials were colloidal crystal template method, sol-gel template method, deposition and sintering of nanocrystalline. This paper used sol-gel template method to prepared Cerium oxide(CeO2) and Titanium dioxide(TiO2)ordered macroporous balls , and Ce-doped Titanium dioxide ordered macroporous balls, which have a higher photocatalytic activity were prepared by mechanical blending doping method. This paper also explores the way in preparing composite microspheres which hava the core-shell structure.Main tasks are as follows:1. Monodisperse P (MMA-HEA) latex particles were synthesized by two-stage seed emulsion polymerization. The amount of the potassium persulfate, buffer, reaction time and temperature on conversion rate of monomer was studied. The results showed that: when the amount of potassium persulfate was 3% and the amount of sodium bicarbonate was 0.2g, the final conversion of monomer was the highest rate reached 97.1%; when reaction temperature was 78℃and reaction time was 5h, P (MMA-HEA) latex particles about 250 nm in diameter which had better monodispersity can be obtained.The PMMA microsphere colloidal crystals hydroxyl had more regular arrangement of microspheres than the PMMA microsphere colloidal crystals without hydroxyl.2.Three-dimensional ordered macroporous CeO2 microspheres had been prepared by sol-gel template method.When the calcining temperature was 600℃and the calcination time was 5h,better sphericity and surface morphology of ordered macroporous CeO2 microspheres could be prepared. When calcined at 400℃, 500℃and 600℃, CeO2 crystal form was single cubic fluorite structure. Among them, when calcined at 600℃its crystal structure was the most completely. Photocatalytic tests show that: the CeO2 powder is More likely to be excited than TiO2 powder and has a higher catalytic activity,and ordered macroporous CeO2 microspheres has a higher catalytic activity than CeO2 powder.3. three-dimensional ordered macroporous TiO2 microspheres had been prepared by sol-gel template method.When the calcination time was 5h and the calcination temperature was 500℃, TiO2 microsphere presented the most orderly arrangement and uniform hexagonal-pores,and the pore diameter was about 200nm. Doping the TiO2 microspheres with Ce by mechanical blending doping method , When calcined at 500℃, 600℃and 700℃, the crystal form of Ce doped TiO2 microspherer was single anatase structure , Photocatalytic tests show that:the photocatalysis activity of Ce-doped TiO2 is superior then TiO2 without Ce-dorpping . when the amount of Ce was 6.0% and calcined at 500℃, Ce doped TiO2 microspherer presented the best photocatalysis activity.4. The P(MMA-HEA)/TiO2 composite microspheres were prepared by phase condensation method and the PS/SiO2 composite microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization method. The results shows that: composite microspheres has a typical core - shell structure, the lipophilicity of composite microspheres has been markedly improved.
