Magnesium alloy sandwich structure is strength utilization efficiency higher light structure, compared with wide application of the aluminum alloy sandwich structure, magnesium alloy composite sandwich has excellent performance, lighter weight and raw materials abundant reserves. As for sandwich structure performance, the honeycomb is one of the most reasonable structure forms. To plant fiber as the main component of composite materials is rapidly raising new type of structural materials, plant fiber as the main component of efficient interlayer board core, especially honeycomb sandwich, and the magnesium alloys with ecological composites made sound insulation board, has rich traditional sandwich structure, instead of some sandwich structure of broad engineering application prospects.This text based on the plant-fiber as basic material, industrial sodium silicate as bond, increase mechanical properties and sound insulation performance for the purpose, by adding gesso, glass fiber, graphite and MgO powders as additives, in the self-designed mould condition, adopting hot-pressing process, successful preparation plant-fiber honeycomb core and flat core. According to our Research Group preparation technology will sandwich and the magnesium panel on bond for its mechanical properties and sound insulation performance testing, specific conclusions are as follows:In this experiment parameter range, the honeycomb core components of orthogonal test, and the compression test with sandwich board and bending test results for the index, using extreme poor method of analysis. Get compression and bending performance optimum sandwich group, the maximum compressive strength of hot-pressing process production compression sample achieved at 8.68 MPa. Sandwich moulding pressure by 1.2 MPa improve to 1.5 MPa, the compressive strength of compression sample has obviously improved, the flexural strength of bending sample increased is not clear.In sound insulation test, through optimizing component ratio, which can effectively improve sound insulation performance and the optimum ratio of the components; The same components samples increased pressure can improve the sound insulation quantity, average every sound insulation growth achieved at 4 dB; The sound insulation performance of the honeycomb core sandwich sample optimum flat sandwich sample, average every sound insulation growth achieved at 6dB. |
