Reaserch On The Integrated Development Environment For Visual Intelligent Open Special CNC System

Open Special CNC system is a platform for CNC automated special controller,Itconfigurates system parameters,programms logic and motion control application program anddebugs system through the integrated development environment (IDE),it configures thecontrolling functions to realize control of the automated special controller rapidly andconveniently.Machine vision uses machines instead of human eyes to measure and judge. It is aninterdisciplinary subject which involves in fields of computer science, image processing, patternrecognition, artificial intelligence etc. It is widely used in detection, measurement and control.Integrated machine vision systems and the open CNC system,forming the visual intelligentopen CNC system.This paper analyses the LS-JNU visual intelligent open CNC platform and developsintegrated development environment which is appropriative for visual intelligent open CNCsystem,it provides users with an intuitive, convenient and efficient programming environment.Research works of this paper are as follows:Analyzed the CNC system of the current situation and the developing trend, characteristicand merit of machine vision and the system architecture of Smart Camera. Then proposed themodel of LS-JUN (a visual intelligent open numeric control system).Discussed the system configuration software,software of PLC,sequential function chartprogramming software of integrated development environment, from function,architecturestructure and data model aspects in detail.Analyzed ladder diagram program, sequential functional diagram program, inspectionprocess implementation methodology of Smart Camera, then designed serial and parallelcombination algorithm, achieving the conversion of ladder program to instruction list program.Analyzed relations between the instruct directive expression and the prefix expression offunctional diagram and proposed a general expression tree, realizing transition from complexexpression to prefix expression. At last,providing the concept of visual intelligent detection an dpresenting a defined method of intelligence detection process.Through the multi target object cutting application procedure developed on the intelligent laser cutting machine, proved the rationality of the integrated open environment design scheme.
