| In the process of industrial production of Cephalosporin C, at present, the resin has been widely used to extract Cephalosporin C. The procedure of the extraction usually is resin-adsorption and resin-desorption, and the resin can be regenerated by isopropanol together with the base to achieve activation. Owing to great quantity, isopropanol must be recovered to reduce the cost and environmental pollution. Now the method of the continuous rectification is taken to recover isopropanol. Because of many factors, the recovery percent of isopropanol fluctuates greately,the use of energies is low, thus, this research pledges to solve these problems and reduce the production costs and create certain environmental benefits.From the production practice it can draw a conclusion that we must take measures to make the continuous rectification of isopropanol operate steadily to achieve the above goal. The continuous rectification has been studied from six parts in this paper.In the first part, the basic theory of the continuous rectification and the parameter design principle of related equipment on the separation method of isopropanol has been discussed.In the second part, it has been analyzed that various factors such as the theoretical plate number, the reflux ratio, the feed location and the temperature and the content of the feed have effects on the rectification process.In the third part, it can be observed that the partial character and the composition of the liquid have effects on the rectification process from the experiments about the partial character and the composition of the liquid. In the fourth part, the influence factors of continuous distillation steady-state in production have been listed, and the mechanism has been studied.In the fifth part, it's necessary to take some measures conforming to the production practice such as the pretreatment and controlling of the feed, the selection and controlling of the auxiliary system, the comprehensive utilization of energy, troubles analysis and remedy to ensure the system of the continuous rectification operate steadily.In the sixth part, various ways of isopropanol separation have been introduced, and it is obvious that we should conscientiously summarize and draw on the various separation methods to enhance the rectification level and meet with the production demand.In this project, through collecting information in many ways, analyzing and summarizing the various methods, it's obvious that the better technical solution has been designed to reconstruct distillation system and optimize the operation mode to achieve the steady operation along with increasing the yield and decreasing the energy consumption largely. 1071 thousand yuan of the economic benefits were achieved and certain environmental benefits had been produced. |
