Studies Of Chinese Environmental NGOs Affect Agenda Setting Procedureunder Outside Initiative Model

As the development of NGO in China, they play more and more important role in Chinese society. NGO motivates series cases, which represent the public involvement, express the public opinion, and push the public policy reform to some extent. In the realm of environmental protection, environment NGO obtains much more space, and more cases can reveal environment NGO effect the process of public policy making. This dissertation tries to use public policy making agenda theory as frame, research the process of environment NGO impacting on public policy making by taking use of outside initiative model of public policy making agenda theory, and China environment status quo. Through demonstrating the cases in China, this dissertation aims at comprehensive understand the model of China environment NGO impacting on public policy making process.
