Mineral resources are very rich in China, with the price of raw materials such as coal and steel in foreign and domestic market rising, illegal mining is becoming more and more serious. It costs not only damage to the nation's interests, but also endangers the miners'life. Based on the reasons above, locating the illegal mining precisingly and quickly, reducing the law enforcement cost, improving the law enforcement efficiency and realizing law enforcement in a scientific way is a problem for our researchers.Blasting method is generally used in illegal mining. According to the ground vibration effect caused by blasting,LabVIEW is used in this paper to process seismic wave data and position the Blasting site. The result in this paper will provide reliable basis for enforcement law in a scientific way. After the analysis and comparison of the existing positioning algorithm, a seismometer is used to get blasting seismic signal which is and then the blasting vibration wave is automatically identified after waveform recuperation and noise elimination. First-motion wave recognition results and seismometer position parameters are the inputs of preliminary blasting site positioning software whose results are the inputs of the correction software on locating result.Hardware is composed of lower computer and upper computer.The lower computer is the C8051F020 of Silicon Company. The A/D converter, the power supply, SCI (serial communication interface) module and JTAG (testing) module are intergrated in this chip. Multi-serial port card of Moxa Company is used to realize the communication between multi-channel and upper computer.The hardware environment for upper computer is Personal PC with Windows XP, software is programmed by LabVIEW, based on which serial communication, waveform recuperation, First-motion wave recognition, preliminary positioning and correction on locating results are realized. Data storage function is designed to protect the important data. Historical data reading function is designed to read the files saved before and conduct data processing anew conveniently. Friendly man-machine interface is designed to make the operation easier.By the analysis of experimental results, it shows the feasibility of the blasting positioning. It provide strong theoretical basis for mining areas remote monitoring.
